ALL CLASSES REQUIRE AN INTRODUCTORY LESSON PRIOR TO JOINING A GROUP CLASS.

FAQ: Why do I need an introductory lesson?

It is not possible to teach the basics of boxing to one new person at the same time as teaching a group boxing class.  We require anyone without boxing experience to have a one-on-one lesson before jumping into any of our intermediate classes. A second option is to sign up for our “Intro to Boxing” beginner series where you can learn these basics alongside other beginners.  This series is typically offered every other month.  During this series we break down the basics in a friendly and encouraging environment.  Each lesson builds on the previous.  We cover the jab, the cross, the hook, the uppercut, shadowboxing, mittwork and bagwork, as well as introduce the fundamentals of interval circuit training in a group setting.

FAQ: What is the cost of an introductory lesson?

An introductory lesson with Anne is $20 and lasts 45 minutes.  Please e-mail kfitminooka@gmail.com for availability and scheduling.

E-MAIL KFITMINOOKA@GMAIL.COM TO SETUP YOUR FIRST LESSON FOR $20.
