ALL CLASSES REQUIRE AN INTRODUCTORY LESSON PRIOR TO JOINING A GROUP CLASS.
FAQ: Why do I need an introductory lesson?
It is not possible to teach the basics of boxing to one new person at the same time as teaching a group boxing fitness class. You must have an understanding of the basics: footwork, punches, combinations, terminology, etc prior to attending a group class. The other option is to sign up for one of our Intro to Boxing or Boxing Basics series, offered every other month or so.
FAQ: What is the cost of an introductory lesson?
A one-on-one introductory lesson typically lasts about 45 minutes and is $40. You will also need to purchase your own gloves (14oz for women, or 16oz for men) and your own wraps prior to taking your introductory lesson.
E-MAIL KFITMINOOKA@GMAIL.COM TO find out availability for introductory lessons or series. We often have a wait-list for these lessons and they are booked several weeks out.
